Why I Built This

Because I was exactly where you are now.

For over 15 years, I worked on the business side of corporate IT — managing projects, coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into deliverables. I understood how software got built. I just never built it myself.

Meanwhile, I was building businesses. I went from commercial real estate appraiser to agent, then team lead, then broker-in-charge of 60 agents. At one point I owned five brokerage offices with over 150 agents and a property management company handling 200+ homes.

Along the way, I built hundreds of WordPress sites. I outsourced development for small SaaS tools. I even built fully working SaaS products with Bubble. But when I needed something truly custom — a platform for real estate brokers to communicate with their agents — I hit the same wall every non-technical founder hits: hire expensive developers, or learn to code.

Then AI changed everything.

After hundreds of sessions refining my approach, I shipped a production SaaS — web app and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. No coding bootcamp. No technical co-founder. Just a framework that turns AI into a development team that actually understands what you're trying to build.
